- Step 1
Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the cake mix box. Mix the cake according to package directions. Grease a cake pan with baking spray or butter. - Step 2
Pour the mixture into the cake pan & bake for the time indicated on the cake mix box. - Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate icing. Add the chocolate to saucepan over low heat. Melt the chocolate, mixing gently with a rubber spatula. Add heavy cream & mix everything until smooth & shiny. - Step 4
Once the cake is cooked, remove it from the oven. Let it cool for 5 min before transferring it to a rack. Let the cake cool on the rack for another 15 min. - Step 5
Using a spatula or spoon, cover the cake with chocolate icing. - Step 6
Decorate the cake by adding colorful chocolate candies all around. - Step 7
Refrigerate or serve immediately! Enjoy!
