Deli Style Macaroni Salad

Mayonnaise

Sugar (granulated)

In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions. - Step 2
Clean & finely dice the celery. - Step 3
Clean & finely dice the green bell pepper. - Step 4
Peel & mince the red onion. Option to grate the onion for a puréed consistency. - Step 5
Once, the macaroni is al dente, drain & rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. As the pasta continues to cool prep the dressing. In a bowl, add the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Mix it all together. Toss in the veggies until evenly coated. - Step 6
Toss in the macaroni & mix until everything is well combined. Serve cold & enjoy!
Recipe tip
We love to chill this macaroni salad in the fridge for a few hours before serving. If you are running low on time, you can also serve immediately. Enjoy!
