  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove all kit ingredients from the packaging.
  • Step 2
    Peel & mince the red onion.
  • Step 3
    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the red onion & sauté for 2 min.
  • Step 4
    Add the ground beef. Cook for 3-5 min, breaking it into pieces with a spatula. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 5
    Add the taco seasoning & a splash of water. Mix to combine. Simmer for 3-5 min. Remove from the heat.
  • Step 6
    Arrange the taco shells on a baking sheet. Heat in the oven for 3 min at 350°F.
  • Step 7
    In a small bowl, combine sour cream & lime juice.
  • Step 8
    Add a few spoonfuls of beef to each taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce & cheddar cheese. Add a dollop of lime-sour cream & a drizzle of salsa from the kit. Enjoy!
