  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the package instructions.
  • Step 2
    Set out 3 shallow dishes. In the first dish, add the eggs. Season with salt, pepper & a pinch of paprika (optional). Whisk well to combine.
  • Step 3
    Add the flour & garlic powder to the second dish. Add bread crumbs & a pinch of salt into the third dish. Station the bowls in order of flour, egg & bread crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Thoroughly dredge the chicken in the flour on both sides. Next, coat the chicken in the egg, allowing the excess egg to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken in the bread crumbs.
  • Step 5
    For an even crispier coating, dip the chicken in the egg & bread crumbs again!

    When the pasta is cooked, drain & set aside.
  • Step 7
    Heat a 1/2-inch of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot & starting to shimmer, add the chicken.

    Cook for 2-3 min on the first side, until golden brown. Flip the chicken & reduce heat to medium. Cook for 4-5 min, or until the chicken is cooked through, golden & crispy.
  • Step 9
    Transfer the crispy chicken to a paper towel-lined plate. Sprinkle both sides with salt. Remove any excess oil from the pan.
  • Step 10
    Heat the marinara sauce in the same pan. If you like spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional). Once heated, add the drained pasta & toss to coat it in the sauce. Season to taste.
  • Step 11
    Slice the crispy chicken.
  • Step 12
    Serve the sliced crispy chicken alongside the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
