Chicken cutlet (breaded, pre-cooked)
2 handfuls
Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup
Cherry tomatoes
1/2
Avocado
1 tsp
Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp
Ketchup
1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar

Red onion

Cook or reheat the chicken according to package directions. - Step 2
Meanwhile, peel & finely slice the onion. - Step 3
Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes. - Step 4
Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Thinly slice. - Step 5
Once golden & crispy, remove the breaded chicken from the oven. Slice the cutlets. - Step 6
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup & apple cider vinegar. Mix until smooth. - Step 7
On a plate, add rinsed & roughly chopped lettuce. Top with cherry tomatoes, avocado, breaded chicken & red onions. Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad & season with pepper. Serve & enjoy!
