- Step 1
Cut off the root of the leek. Slice the white & light green section into thin rings. - Step 2
Rinse the leeks in a colander. Drain well. - Step 3
Heat a pat of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the leeks. Cook, stirring for 2 min. - Step 4
Reduce the heat to low, cover & cook for 5-7 min. - Step 5
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. - Step 6
Add the cream to the leeks. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to combine. - Step 7
Drain the pasta & add to the pan. - Step 8
Top with grated parmesan. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
