  • Step 1
    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs. Cook according to package instructions, or until they are heated through & brown on all sides. About 5-6 min. Transfer the meatballs to bowl.
  • Step 2
    In the same pan, add orzo, Italian seasoning, water (1/2 a cup per serving) & salt. Stir & cook until most of the water is absorbed, about 5-6 min.
  • Step 3
    Reduce the heat. Mix in the spinach & heavy cream. Continue cooking & stirring until the orzo is fully cooked, thick & creamy. About 2 more min.
  • Step 4
    Add the meatballs to the creamy orzo & mix it all together. Turn off the heat & stir in grated parmesan cheese.
  • Step 5
    Serve hot in a bowl & enjoy!
