- Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Clean & slice the mushrooms. - Step 3
Peel & mince the garlic. - Step 4
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, mushrooms, salt & pepper. Cook, stirring 7-10 min. - Step 5
Turn off the heat. Add the crème fraîche & stir. - Step 6
Add the cooked rice, salt & pepper. Mix it all together. - Step 7
Serve the rice garnished with freshly chopped parsley. Enjoy!
