Avocado
1 cup
Spinach (fresh)
2 tbsp
Chives (fresh)
1/2 clove
Garlic
1/4 cup
Feta cheese (crumbled)

In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve a ladle of cooking water before draining! Add the drained pasta back to the pot. - Step 2
Peel & halve the garlic. - Step 3
Carefully halve an avocado & remove the pit. - Step 4
In the bowl of a blender or food processor, add chives, garlic, feta cheese, avocado, spinach, salt, pepper & olive oil. Blend until smooth & creamy. Tip: add a few splashes of pasta water as needed to help blend the sauce. - Step 5
Pour the creamy sauce over the drained pasta. Mix it all together until evenly coated. - Step 6
Serve immediately with extra crumbled feta! Enjoy!
