Chicken breast (deli slices)

1 cup
Spinach (fresh)

1/2 cup
Milk (whole)

1 tsp
Flour (all-purpose)

1 tbsp
Butter

Parmesan (grated)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside. - Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach. Cover & cook for 4-5 mins, until the spinach is wilted. Season with salt & pepper, then set aside. - Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel sauce. In a small pot, add the butter & melt it over low heat. Add the flour & mix quickly until the flour is fully incorporated. - Step 4
Add the milk. Season with salt & pepper. Whisk until the sauce has thickened & is starting to bubble, about 2-3 mins. Remove from the heat & set aside. - Step 5
In an ovenproof dish, add the pasta, spinach, sliced chicken torn into pieces, béchamel sauce & half of the parmesan. Mix together. - Step 6
Top with the remaining parmesan & bake for 15-20 mins at 400°F. - Step 7
Once the pasta bake is bubbly & the cheese is lightly golden brown, remove from the oven. Serve & enjoy!
