- Step 1
Wash & chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion & garlic. Add it all to a blender & purée until smooth. - Step 2
Add the vinegar & olive oil. Blend again. - Step 3
Serve the gazpacho garnished with basil & a pinch of cayenne (optional). Enjoy!
