Cilantro (fresh)

1/2 tbsp
Miso paste

1/2 clove
Garlic

1/2 tsp
Toasted sesame oil

1 tsp
Soy sauce

1/4
Lime

- Step 1
Add the cilantro, miso, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce & lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add 1 tbsp water at a time until it's the texture of pesto. Season with salt to taste. - Step 2
Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, discarding the seasoning packet. Drain the noodles & return them to the same pot. - Step 3
Add the cilantro-miso sauce to the cooked ramen noodles & toss to coat. - Step 4
Garnish with extra cilantro & a lime wedge. Serve & enjoy!
