Ingredients for 1

2 oz
Chocolate bar (baking)

1/2 tbsp
Butter

1/3 cup
Heavy cream

1 tbsp
Cocoa powder

- Step 1
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. (You could also use a double-boiler over the stove top!) - Step 2
Add the butter to the melted chocolate. Stir until smooth & combined. - Step 3
Add the cream & a pinch of salt. Stir again. - Step 4
Place a piece of plastic wrap onto the surface of the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate to fully cool for 2-3 hours. - Step 5
Once chilled, remove the ganache from the fridge. Add the cocoa powder to a shallow dish. Roll a spoonful of the ganache in your hands to form a 1-inch round truffle. Coat the truffle in cocoa powder. Transfer to a tray. Continue with the rest of the truffles. - Step 6
Chill the truffles for 30 min. Serve & enjoy!
