  • Step 1
    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken & season with salt & pepper. Cook for 6-7 min on each side, until nicely browned & fully cooked.
  • Step 2
    While the chicken cooks, take the peas out of the freezer & add them to a bowl. Cover the peas in warm water & let them defrost for 4-5 min before draining.
  • Step 3
    Prepare the dressing by adding a splash of water to the tzatziki sauce.
  • Step 4
    Slice the chicken.
  • Step 5
    Add the lettuce, chicken, peas & croutons to a dish. Top with the tzatziki sauce dressing, parmesan shavings & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
