Flour tortilla (soft taco)

Chicken tenderloins

Cucumber

Cream cheese

Taco seasoning

- Step 1
Add the chicken tenderloins & taco seasoning to a bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix well. - Step 2
Heat a frying pan over medium-high. Once hot, add the chicken tenderloins. Grill for 4-5 min per side, until golden brown & fully cooked through (165ºF internal temp). - Step 3
Meanwhile, make the avocado sauce. In a blender, add the avocado, cream cheese & lime juice. Season with salt & pepper, then blend until smooth. Taste & adjust the seasoning. - Step 4
Wash & small dice the cucumber. - Step 5
Enjoy the tacos with a nice cold Corona, if you wish! - Step 6
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a frying pan. Top the warm tortillas with the avocado sauce, chicken & cucumber. Add a few cilantro leaves, if you have any. Enjoy!
