  • Step 1
    Rinse & dice the cucumber. You can also chop the tomatoes & olives!
  • Step 2
    Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Season well with Shawarma spice mix & salt. (To make your own spice mix, combine ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon & onion powder!)
  • Step 3
    Heat a drizzle of oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken & cook for 5-7 min per side, until the chicken is cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
  • Step 4
    In the same pan, grill the pita 1-2 min per side.
  • Step 5
    Slice up the chicken & add it to a bowl with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, grilled pita, Tzatziki sauce & freshly squeezed lemon! Enjoy!
