Butter (unsalted)
1/2 tbsp
Capers
1/2
Lemon
1 tbsp
White wine
1 tbsp

Dredge both sides of the chicken in flour. - Step 2
Melt half the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken. Brown for 3-4 min on each side. - Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. - Step 4
Remove the chicken from the pan, while keeping the pan over medium heat. Set the chicken aside & cover to keep warm. - Step 5
Add most of the capers to the hot pan. Sauté for 1 min. - Step 6
Add the white wine, lemon juice & the rest of the butter. Reduce the heat to low, stir & let the sauce thicken. - Step 7
Return the chicken to the pan. Season with salt & pepper. Spoon the sauce over the chicken. - Step 8
Serve the chicken & lemon-butter sauce over the pasta. Garnish with the rest of the capers, lemon zest, pepper & a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
