Chicken breast

Avocado
1 handful
Spring mix lettuce
2 slices
Bacon
1 tsp

- Step 1
For crispier chicken, thoroughly dredge the chicken breast in flour. Shake off any excess flour. (Dredging is yummy but optional!) - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil or a dab of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 2 min. - Step 3
Flip over the chicken. Cook for 5-7 min. Baste it with the pan juices as it cooks. - Step 4
Wash & quarter the tomatoes. - Step 5
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit & the peel. Thinly slice the avocado. - Step 6
Remove the chicken from the pan. Keep the pan over medium heat. - Step 7
Add the bacon to the pan. Cook for 2-3 min, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. - Step 8
Slice the chicken. - Step 9
Add the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, avocado & crumbled bacon to a serving bowl. - Step 10
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Enjoy!
