  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  • Step 2
    Clean & slice the mushrooms.
  • Step 3
    Chop the chicken & bacon.
  • Step 4
    Bring a pan to medium heat. Add the chicken & bacon. Cook, stirring for 3-5 min.
  • Step 5
    Add the mushrooms & stir. Add the cream & stir again.
  • Step 6
    Season with salt & pepper. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 min, or until the mushrooms are tender.
  • Step 7
    Add the rice to the pan. Stir to combine. Remove from the heat. Serve garnished with fresh parsley (optional). Enjoy!
