Heavy cream

White rice (long grain)
2 slices
Bacon
3 oz
White mushrooms (whole)

1 tbsp
Parsley (fresh)

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Clean & slice the mushrooms. - Step 3
Chop the chicken & bacon. - Step 4
Bring a pan to medium heat. Add the chicken & bacon. Cook, stirring for 3-5 min. - Step 5
Add the mushrooms & stir. Add the cream & stir again. - Step 6
Season with salt & pepper. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 2-3 min, or until the mushrooms are tender. - Step 7
Add the rice to the pan. Stir to combine. Remove from the heat. Serve garnished with fresh parsley (optional). Enjoy!
