- Step 1
Add a drizzle of oil to a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken. Cook for 3 min on each side, or until cooked through. - Step 2
Cook the ramen according to the package instructions. Add enough extra water to the noodles to form a soup broth. - Step 3
Slice the cooked chicken into strips. - Step 4
Stir the peanut butter & Sriracha into the ramen noodles & broth. - Step 5
Add the chicken to the soup. Serve garnished with peanuts, lime & cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
