  • Step 1
    Cut the chicken into strips.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, half the teriyaki sauce & the fish sauce (optional). Add the chicken & stir. Set the chicken aside to marinate.

    Peel & chop the onion.
  • Step 4
    Peel & cut the carrot into matchsticks.
  • Step 5
    Clean & slice the mushrooms.
  • Step 6
    Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Then drain & set them aside.

    Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, minced ginger, carrots, mushrooms & marinated chicken. Cook, stirring for 5 min.

    Add the noodles & stir again. Add the rest of the teriyaki sauce. Cook for 2-3 min, or until the noodles are heated through.

    Serve the stir fry in bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
