  • Step 1
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon & cook undisturbed, 2-3 min on each side. Once cooked to your liking, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, spread a layer of the garlic & herb cheese over each slice of bread.
  • Step 3
    Layer the chicken deli slices, crispy bacon & cheese onto one of the slices. Close the grilled cheese with the second slice of bread.

    Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grilled cheese & cook undisturbed for 3-4 min on each side, until golden brown. Turn off the heat, cover the pan & let it rest off the heat for 1 min.
  • Step 5
    Slice the chicken & bacon grilled cheese, if you'd like. Serve it on a plate with the lettuce dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
