  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash & cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Step 2
    Place the pizza crust on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Spread the pesto over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Arrange the cherry tomatoes over the pesto.
  • Step 3
    Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10-15 min, or until the crust is golden & the cherry tomatoes start to burst.
  • Step 4
    Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with torn pieces of burrata. Season with salt, pepper & olive oil. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional). Serve & enjoy!
