Ground beef

Cheddar (slices)

Red onion

1/4 cup
Pickle chips

Shredded lettuce

Burger sauce

- Step 1
Peel & finely dice the red onion. Wash & small dice the tomato. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add the ground beef. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & cook, breaking up the meat with the spatula for about 5-8 min or until the meat is no longer pink. - Step 3
Turn off the heat when the ground beef is fully cooked. Add the cheese on top of the meat & cover. Let the cheese fully melt for about 1-2 min. - Step 4
Add the shredded lettuce to a dish. Top with the cheesy beef. Add the pickles, chopped tomato & onion. Drizzle the burger sauce on top. Serve & enjoy!
