  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  • Step 2
    Wash the cauliflower & chop into florets.
  • Step 3
    Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower & cook, stirring for 2 min. Add 1/4 cup of water (per serving) to the pan. Stir, cover & cook for 5 more min.
  • Step 4
    Add the tikka masala sauce. Reduce the heat to low & cook for 5 min.
  • Step 5
    Serve the cauliflower & sauce over the rice. Top with chopped fresh cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
