  • Step 1
    Wash & chop the parsley.
  • Step 2
    Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or in a small pot over low heat. Season the butter with a pinch of salt, grated garlic & the chopped parsley.
  • Step 3
    On parchment paper, unroll the pizza dough & cut it into 4 equal sections.
  • Step 4
    Add about 2 tbsp of cheese to the center of each cut section of dough. Use the back of a spoon to gently spread out the cheese.
  • Step 5
    Fold up the edges of the dough towards the center, pinching to seal them together. Flatten the pieces of dough slightly using your hands.

    Turn the dough over, then gently roll each piece out with a rolling pin. Be careful not to flatten them too much, to avoid tearing the dough.
  • Step 7
    Heat a non-stick pan & add one naan. Cook for 2 min on each side, until golden, then remove from the heat. Repeat until all of the naan is cooked.
  • Step 8
    Brush the cheese naan with parsley butter & serve. Enjoy!
