  • Step 1
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Cut the broccoli into florets. Add them to the boiling water. Cook for 5 min, or until crisp-tender.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl, whisk together the prepared pesto & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 4
    When the broccoli is done, rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking. Then drain it in a colander.
  • Step 5
    Add the broccoli to a salad bowl. Toss it with the pesto dressing. Top with torn pieces of burrata. Yum!
