Brioche bread (sliced)

In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs & sugar. - Step 2
Melt a dab of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. - Step 3
Thoroughly dredge the brioche slices in the egg-milk mixture on both sides. - Step 4
Add the brioche slices to the hot pan. Cook for 2-3 min on each side. - Step 5
Serve topped with powdered sugar & maple syrup (optional). Enjoy!
