    In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs & sugar.
  • Step 2
    Melt a dab of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Step 3
    Thoroughly dredge the brioche slices in the egg-milk mixture on both sides.
  • Step 4
    Add the brioche slices to the hot pan. Cook for 2-3 min on each side.
  • Step 5
    Serve topped with powdered sugar & maple syrup (optional). Enjoy!
