Brie (round)
1 tbsp
Apricot jam
2 slices
Prosciutto

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the baguette into slices. - Step 2
Cut the brie into 1/4 inch thick slices. - Step 3
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet & top each piece of bread with brie. - Step 4
Bake for 5-6 min, until the cheese melts. - Step 5
Arrange the crostini on a dish. Top with a bit of jam & a slice of prosciutto. - Step 6
Season with salt & pepper to taste. Add some chopped chives or fresh herbs if you have. Enjoy!
