- Step 1
Spread the sour cream over each slice of bread. - Step 2
Add the sliced brie to half of each sandwich. Spread the cherry jam over the other half. - Step 3
Top the cherry jam side with spinach (optional). Season all the slices with salt & pepper! Close the sandwiches. - Step 4
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the sandwiches. Cook for 2-3 min on each side. Lowering the heat if the bread gets too crispy before the cheese gets melty. - Step 5
Turn off the heat, cover & set aside for 1 min. - Step 6
Remove the sandwiches from the pan. Slice on the diagonal. - Step 7
Serve & enjoy!
