  • Step 1
    Crack the egg into a small bowl. Whisk until frothy & combined.
  • Step 2
    Cut the brie into wedges.
  • Step 3
    Season the bread crumbs with salt & pepper. Thoroughly dredge each brie wedge in the egg & then the bread crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Wash, core & then finely slice the apples. (Removing the peel is optional!)
  • Step 5
    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over high heat. Be sure it's enough oil to pan fry the brie! Add the brie wedges to the pan. Cook for 30 seconds on each side, or until crisp & golden.
  • Step 6
    Arrange the salad greens in a serving bowl. Top with the apple slices & crispy breaded brie. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with your favorite dressing. Enjoy!
