    Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside.
  • Step 2
    Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.
  • Step 3
    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the broccoli.

    Add the minced garlic & ginger (optional).
  • Step 5
    Add a little bit of water. Stir it all together. Cover & cook for 5 min.
  • Step 6
    Meanwhile, cut the beef into strips.
  • Step 7
    Add the beef & bean sprouts to the pan. Cook for 5 min.
  • Step 8
    Add the egg noodles & soy sauce. Cook, stirring for 2 min.
  • Step 9
    Serve garnished with sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
