- Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside. - Step 2
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the broccoli. - Step 4
Add the minced garlic & ginger (optional). - Step 5
Add a little bit of water. Stir it all together. Cover & cook for 5 min. - Step 6
Meanwhile, cut the beef into strips. - Step 7
Add the beef & bean sprouts to the pan. Cook for 5 min. - Step 8
Add the egg noodles & soy sauce. Cook, stirring for 2 min. - Step 9
Serve garnished with sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
