Maple syrup

Rolled oats

Banana

1/4 tsp
Cinnamon (ground)

- Step 1
In a small pot over low heat, add equal parts milk & water. Stir in the oats. Add a pinch of salt. Cook for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally. Add more milk or water if needed. The oats should be creamy & tender. - Step 2
Peel & slice the banana. - Step 3
Add the cinnamon. Remove from heat. - Step 4
Serve the oatmeal in a bowl. Top with banana slices, more cinnamon & a drizzle of maple syrup. Garnish with walnuts (optional). Enjoy!
