Spring mix lettuce

Cherry tomatoes

Pan fry the chicken cutlets according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Slice the cooked chicken. - Step 3
Wash & quarter the cherry tomatoes. - Step 4
Arrange the salad greens in a serving bowl. Top with the cherry tomatoes, chicken & shredded or shaved parmesan. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze & olive oil. Serve & enjoy!
