  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the fresh gnocchi in a baking dish. Pour in the tomato purée. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Step 2
    Arrange dollops of gorgonzola & pesto over top. Bake for 15-20 min, or until the cheese is melty.
  • Step 3
    Remove from the oven. Serve & enjoy!
