Artichoke hearts
1/8 cup
Kalamata olives
1 handful
Arugula
1/4
Lemon

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse the pasta under cold water. Drain & set aside. - Step 2
Cut the artichokes into quarters. Pit & slice the olives. - Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, artichokes, arugula, lemon juice & olives. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss it all together. Enjoy!
