- Step 1
Cut the slices of prosciutto in half, lengthwise. Fold each smaller slice lengthwise. Place a mozzarella ball on the end of one folded slice, then roll it up. Repeat with the remaining pieces. - Step 2
Halve the olives, widthwise. Set aside the halves where the pepper is most visible at the end. (Munch on the others!) - Step 3
Arrange the mozzarella & ham rolls on a platter. Top each rollup with the olive "eyes". Serve & enjoy!
