Fingerling potatoes

Carrots (fresh)

Butternut squash

Yellow onion

- Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Peel & dice the butternut squash & carrot. Peel & slice the onion into wedges. Clean & halve the baby potatoes. - Step 2
Pat the chicken dry & add to the air fryer basket or tray. Add the carrots, potatoes, onions & butternut squash. Drizzle with olive oil. Season everything with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning. Toss to evenly combine. - Step 3
Air fry at 400°F for 30-45 min, or until everything is fully cooked. Serve & enjoy!
