Peel & slice the banana. - Step 2
Slightly thaw the acai packet by running it under warm water for a few seconds, then break into chunks & add to a blender. - Step 3
Blend the acai chunks with the oat milk until smooth & thick. Add a tiny splash more liquid if needed, but keep it thick enough to scoop. - Step 4
Pour into a bowl & add toppings: blueberries, granola, peanut butter & sliced banana.
